Gardenia and cochineal in gradation. To dye Atardecer we first used Gardenia, with this dye we obtain a very powerful yellow. It is important to emphasize that what is used to dye textiles is the fruit of the plant, not the flower. In the rest of the dress, and to obtain the pink, we use cochineal and let the garment rest. Finally, we dipped the top again in gardenia and let it sit overnight. And here is the result, Atardecer, a unique piece that stands out for the power of the yellow in the neck and upper part and that in its transition to pink gives us a spectacular white halo.
