We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders received Monday through Friday after 12 p.m. ET, weekends, or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Orders are processed pending availability and credit verification.

Orders are not shipped the same day they are placed. Within 2-3 business days after placing your order for processing, you will receive a follow-up email from El Hilo Rojo.

Garments are processed for 30 – 45 days from credit confirmation.

The times increase if you want an embroidered decoration, so you must add an additional 7 days.

Delivery times may vary according to the region or geographical area of delivery.

The delivery time does not include Sundays or holidays.
